All Chamber members should now have received the spring publication of Altruism.  Within the magazine we have included information on several areas of business support. Do take advantage of all that is available.

The summer edition of Altruism will be out early July.  The copy deadline is 1 June.  Please reserve advertising space as soon as possible; this is a great way to promote your business and raise your profile.  We also welcome your news stories and will use as many as we can. You can forward up to 150 words plus your logo to barbara@marketingprofile.co.uk   We can also highlight member to member offers.  Should you wish to offer this to fellow members, please get in touch.

Networking is a major part of the benefits offered.  Forthcoming evening ‘Mixer’ events include:

Wed 17 June: Sponsored by Earle & Harold Sharp Chartered Accountants. 5.45pm – 8pm

Admission for each of these events is £17.25 inc. Reserve your places as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.

PLUS the Chamber is also putting on a ‘Business Showcase Event’ at the Grammar on Wednesday 10 June from 5.30 to 8.00 pm.  The evening is being sponsored by Business Link Northwest and entrance is free to members and non members.  However as a member you can also book a space for your promotional stand/literature for as little as £46 (inclusive).  You do however need to confirm your attendance with the Chamber as soon as possible. 

The summer luncheon is on Friday 26 June at the Holiday Inn Manchester Airport jointly sponsored by Faddies Dry Cleaning and Jordan Pickup. Guest speaker Mac McCullagh, Chairman and Managing Director of Vanguard. Further details to follow.

The Chamber is looking for a sponsor for the autumn lunch in October.  If you are interested in this great opportunity to promote your business, do get in touch.  The package on offer costs £400 plus vat and includes two complimentary tickets for the President’s table and one full page report in Altruism.  Your company logo appears on the booking form, handout and the event is promoted on our website.  Plus you can display your company stand and provide literature/handouts at the event.  The Chamber will liaise with the guest speaker.
