Happy New Year from the Chamber Office.
The Chamber’s centenary year is now well underway. I am pleased to report that the President Jackie Campbell of Faddies Dry Cleaning in Hale was recently elected at the AGM to take up a second term of office. This is excellent news for the Chamber as Jackie is a true ambassador for the region. The Mayor of Trafford, Councillor Stephen Adshead, Patron of the Chamber and the Mayoress, Councillor Judith Lloyd were in attendance.
The first centenary Mixer for 2009 was held in celebration at the Radisson SAS hotel, Manchester Airport. The evening was attended by around 60 Chamber members representing a variety of businesses.
Forthcoming networking events include:
Monday 23 March – Chamber Mixer, sponsored by Chiquito, 5.45pm – 8pm Members £17.25
Friday 24th April – Spring Lunch, sponsored by the Cinnamon Club, Noon for 12.30pm
