Chamber Lunches
Your company will appear on the:
Notice/booking form sent to all members
Email confirmation of bookings to members
Programmes circulated at the lunch
Displayed on the Chamber website on the events page
Published in the Chamber magazine ‘Altruism’ under Diary
dates and also reported on in the next issue.
Your company’s generous sponsorship will be:
Announced at the lunch by the Chamber President
You will have the opportunity for a 5 minute presentation
You will receive 2 complimentary tickets to sit at the top table.
You will have the opportunity for a 5 minute presentation
You can circulate literature at the lunch and display a suitable
promotional stand. £500 per lunch
Chamber ‘Mixer’ Events
These are evening events where the sponsor can either host
the event at their premises or we can match them up with
another member to ‘co-host’. These events are normally capped at 60
members. +The sponsor provides two complimentary drinks
per member and a canapés/finger buffet for the evening.
+ Depending on host (s) and size of venue
Prices on application but range between £12 and £18 per head
Monthly e-news
Circulated to members and potential members.
Your company advertisement will appear at the
foot of the two page e-news with a link through to your website £150 per month
Altruism – Chamber quarterly magazine
1200 copies, in excess of 4000 readers.
Advertising rates start at just £180 based on a quarter page

Become an Advocate of the Chamber
The Chamber Advocates are at the heart of the Chamber strategy. Featuring a diverse mix of organisations, we are able to support and promote each other’s business and at the same time draw on their expertise. The programme gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your support for the local area whilst at the same time receiving huge benefits through the Chamber.
Gold Advocate
• For a period of 12 months, your company logo will be included on all networking notices that are distributed from the Chamber
• Your business will be the sponsor for one of the five annual luncheons
• Your business will be mentioned at all Chamber networking events
• Twice a year you will receive a complimentary member database
• Your company logo will be displayed on the introduction to each of the Chamber business magazine, Altruism (4 in total)
• Your business will qualify for one complimentary full page advertisement in one issue of Altruism plus 20% reduction on advertising within future issues of the magazine
• You will receive complimentary editorial in one issue of Altruism
plus an ‘Ask the Expert’ column. You will receive 10 copies of the magazine.
• Your company will be entitled to one complimentary e-news distributed to Chamber members
• Your logo and your business will be highlighted on the Chamber website as a ‘Gold Advocate’. You will receive a link from the Chamber’s website www.altrinchamchamber.co.uk
• You will be entitled to two complimentary Loyalty Cards giving you access to a portfolio of members’ offers
• You will be entitled to two complimentary tickets to attend every Chamber networking event.
• You will be invited to give a short presentation at a Chamber event.
• Twice a year you will be invited to attend the’ Chamber Advocate Meeting’ to discuss new initiatives and further ways of working together.
£5000 per 12 months
Silver Advocate
• For a period of 12 months your company logo will be displayed on the introduction to each of the Chamber’s business magazine (4 in total)
• Your business will be mentioned at all Chamber Networking events
• Twice a year you will receive a complimentary member database
• Your business will qualify for a 15% reduction off advertising within Altruism.
• Your company will be entitled to one complimentary e-news and a link from the Chamber’s website www.altrinchamchamber.co.uk
• You will receive complimentary editorial in one magazine plus 10 copies of the magazine
• You will receive one complimentary ticket to each of the Chamber events
• You will be entitled to one Loyalty card giving you access to a portfolio of members’ offers
• You will have the opportunity to provide a presentation at a forthcoming Chamber event.
£3000 per 12 months
Bronze Advocate
• For a period of 12 months your company logo will be displayed on the introduction to each of the Chamber’s business magazine Altruism (4 in total).
• You will receive complimentary editorial within one issue of Altruism plus you will qualify for 10% discount off any advertising. You will receive 10 copies of the magazine.
• Your business will be mentioned at all Chamber networking events
• You will receive a complimentary membership database
• You will receive one Loyalty card giving you access to a portfolio of members’ offers.
• You will have the opportunity to give a presentation at either a Mixer or a Showcase event
• You will receive one complimentary e-news and a link from the Chamber’s website www.altrinchamchamber.co.uk
